Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: 2026-05-28

Short answer: Energy Battery does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and never has. There is nothing to opt out of, but this page exists so you can confirm that and so we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar US state laws.

We don't sell or share your data

Energy Battery does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer personal information to third parties in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. Energy Battery does not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. This has been true since the Service launched and we have no plans to change it.

What that means in practice

What we do share with vendors (and why)

The Privacy Policy lists every vendor that processes data on our behalf, what they receive, and why. None of these vendors are paid to receive your data — we pay them to provide infrastructure (hosting, email delivery, newsletter management, signup notification) that we use to run the Service for you. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.

If you still want to submit a request

To exercise your right under CCPA/CPRA (or any state-equivalent law) to confirm your account is excluded from any current or future sale or sharing, email privacy@jenbuiltit.com from the email address on your Energy Battery account. We will respond within 45 days.
