The whole app in two minutes.
Your phone tells you it's at 40% and you plan around it. Your body doesn't. This app makes it. A few times a day you say how charged you feel and what you were doing, and over a couple of weeks that turns into a picture of what actually charges and drains you.
Watt is the battery on the left. He brightens or dims with your day, and he'll say something if you click him.
Two or three check-ins a day beats one. One tells you today was a 6. Three tell you that you were a 3 in the morning and an 8 after lunch, which is the thing you can plan around.
The level is today's average across your check-ins, not your last one. The streak counts days where you logged anything at all, so a 2 out of 10 day still keeps it alive. Those are the days most worth having in the data.
Free gives you unlimited check-ins, the battery, the streak and the last 7 days of history. Pro opens your full history and pattern insights: which activities line up with your good days and your crashes, and what time of day you're reliably at your best. Nothing is deleted on free, older check-ins are just tucked out of view. One Pro pass covers all five apps in the App Hub.
